A wired connection requires an ethernet cable (Cat 5, RJ45 connector), a compatible Sky+ box and a working broadband router and internet connection. Follow the four steps below to complete setup: • Make sure your broadband router is switched on. Check the internet connection light is on. • One end of the ethernet cable should be connected to an unused port on your broadband router. • Connect the other end of the same ethernet cable to the green port on the back of your Sky+ box. The last step in the process is a check to make sure everything is working. With your existing remote control, press the tv guide button, and then the red button to enter the On Demand menu. Each individual programme should be shown with its own thumbnail preview picture, indicating that connection is successful and setup is complete. On Demand is ready to go! Check the internet and wireless connection lights are both on. • Connect the green port on the Wireless Connector to the green port on the back of your Sky+ box using the supplied ethernet cable. • Connect the supplied power adaptor to the blue port on the Wireless Connector to any available power socket. • Switch on the Wireless Connector by the power socket and the power button on the back of the unit.
