Prerequisites In addition to SAP CRM, the following minimum system requirements apply: • SAP SCM 5.0 • SAP ECC 6.0 The system configuration for service parts management is active. For further information, see the Customizing under Customer Relationship Management → Transactions Basic Settings Activate System Configuration for Service Parts Management. You have set up this function in SAP SCM. For further information on prerequisites in SAP SCM and features, see the SAP Library for SAP Supply Chain Management under SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Functions of the Redistribution Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (SCM-APO-ATP-EQA) EDQA Event: Reassignment of Order Confirmations. Activities There are two ways of starting reassignment of order confirmations: • Without using the Reassign Conf. Indicator You can freely define the conditions under which the system starts reassignment of order confirmations irrespective of whether this indicator is set or not. You define these conditions in Customizing for rules-based ATP in SAP SCM (component SAP APO). • Using the Reassign Conf. Indicator The indicator Reassign Conf.is found at header level in the sales order in SAP CRM. If you want the system to start reassignment of order confirmations for a sales order if this indicator is set, you need to set up Customizing in SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Rules-based Availability Check as follows: • In the IMG activity Define Condition Table under Maintain Field Catalog (Usage '0'), you have to create a condition field named FORCE_ROC. This condition field must be used in a condition table. • You then must customize rules-based availability check in such a way that when SAP APO performs the rules-based availability check using the field FORCE_ROC, it finds a rule in which the indicator Activate Reassignment of Order Confirmations is set. For detailed information on rules-based availability check, see as well as the SAP Library for SAP Supply Chain Management under SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Rules-Based Availability Check. Note When SAP APO has carried out the availability check and returned the results to SAP CRM, you cannot tell in SAP CRM in the sales order whether a reassignment has taken place or not. To check whether reassignment has taken place, you need to. Prerequisites You have made the following settings in Customizing for Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP): • You have defined a filter type. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Backorder Processing Maintain Filter Type. • You have defined a sort profile. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Backorder Processing Define Sort Profile. • If you want to use special sorting variants, you have created a sort variant. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Backorder Processing Define Sort Profile. • You have defined one or more of the following types of order due lists. • ODL in which you would like to save items using the ODL monitor. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Backorder Processing Configure Order Due Lists (ODL Monitor). Jun 04, 2010 Note 1413544 - Implementation recommendations for SCM. Processing / Reassignment of Order Confirmation. Orders' at the screen to activate the. ' Has anyone worked with Reassignment of Order Confirmations (gATP EDQA) in SCM 5.0? We have a demo set up of the functionality but there are some parts that do not. Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and MSDN Licensing. Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and MSDN Licensing. Reassignment of the License. • ODL in which the system saves items that are to receive a confirmation. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Quantity Assignment to Order Due Lists (QODL) Configure Order Due Lists (Obtain Confirmation). • ODL in which the system saves items that can lose a confirmation. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Reassignment of Order Confirmation (ROC) Configure Order Due Lists (Give Up Confirmation). • If you want the system to evaluate more than one ODL in an EDQA process, you have created an ODL sequence. For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Define Order Due List Sequences. • If you want the system to ignore sublocation information in ODLs, you have selected the No Subloc Check ( No Check of Sublocation) checkbox in Customizing for SAP SCM under Advanced Planning and Optimization Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Make Settings for Order Due Lists. Features You can use ODLs for the following functions and processes: • ODLs in which the system has saved items using the ODL monitor Backorder processing can use these ODLs as a filter (filter type SAP_ODL). • ODLs with items that are to receive a confirmation Event-driven quality assignment (see uses these ODLs in processes of the type Quantity Assignment to Order Due Lists. • ODLs with items that can lose their confirmation Event-driven quantity assignment uses these ODLs in processes of the type Reassignment of Order Confirmations. Activities When saving an order, the system includes the order items out of the OLTP system in an ODL in SAP APO, depending on the filter that you have defined for the ODL. If the order items are already in SAP APO, you can include them in an order due list by using the report Complete Order Due Lists. To call the report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Advanced Planning and Optimization Global ATP Backorder Processing Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Complete Order Due Lists. The system preserves global changes during reorganization. For more information, see. Note If you want to use global processing, you have to activate the business function ( SCM_APO_ATP_1). Caution If you use the report Complete Order Due Lists to include sales items in an ODL that already contains sales items, the system deletes the existing sales items from the ODL. You can display and change the order items in an ODL using the report. You can also use this report to change the priority of sales items in an ODL; saving the order again does not change this priority, meaning it takes precedence over the priority that you defined in the sort profile. You can use the Order Due List Overview report to display order items that correspond to your selection criteria. For more information, see.
