Hi all, the lifetime maps are only available for North American users. When purchasing the device you should find a card in your box on which stands DO NOT DISCARD!! If all that doesn't help I recommend contacting CS and giving them the details about your problem. Maybe you'll have to provide them with proof about your purchase. Therefore it is helpful to have pictures of the purchase receipt, the device with the serial number readable, the box of the device best also with readable serial number as well as a picture of the promotion code card.
